“Hey, welcome to InRange TV. My name is Ian. In today’s comparison, Karl is going to be using a battle rifle that he had custom engineered by a team of Swiss, German, and American engineers that’s capable of achieving sub-sub-sub-sub MOA accuracy at 1000 yards when facing away from the target. I’m going to be using this crudely engineered slingshot that a half blind Eagle Scout cobbled together from rubber bands and some petrified wood.”
“So we ran the course and not too surprisingly, Karl’s battle rifle outdid the slingshot in pretty much every category. My reload speed on the slingshot was slightly faster than Karl’s, but that was pretty much offset by Karl’s 100 round magazine capacity.”
“That’s true, Ian, the slingshot’s main advantages are its reloading speed, and while it’s true that I’m generally a better shot than you, and that even I was shocked by how the battle rifle outperformed the slingshot even when I tripped and accidentally fired seventeen shots into the air that still landed on their targets with pinpoint accuracy thanks to the extremely meticulous engineering that was funded by DARPA’s black budget, the gap between our scores did close a little bit in the close range portion.”
“Anyway, tune in next time, when I charge Karl’s armored MG3 nest from 5km away using this crudely forged Khyber Pass machete, wearing some dry rotted sandals we found in the bottom of a Vietnam vet’s old footlocker.”
yeah but the slingshot is french
