Because it was introduced by Russia to create pretext to go back into Ukraine in the name of stopping nazism without the UN interfering. All NATO countries voted against it because their policy is to support the Ukrainian government.
The unfortunate reality of the situation is that neonazism is big in Ukraine right now and it’s largely their militias (e.g. Azov) that are fighting the Russian invasion. That’s the only neo-nazis Putin gives a shit about, he’s fine with the far right as long as they’re elsewhere in Europe. He funded National Front in France and his party is actively cooperating with the Austrian Freedom Party. You guys know that you’re very literally falling for a Russian disinformation campaign here, right?
